Terms and Conditions

1. SIVA GITA FOUNDATION is registered under the trust act in India vide Regt No. 22/2022.at Vijyawada Andhra pradesh.
2. SIVA GITA is managed professionally by qualified persons on its Trust Board.
3. The trustees have no personal interest other than what the foundation aims, namely to spread the Divine message of Maha Siva throgh Siva Gita.
4. All donations received will be acknowledged directly to the donor.
5. Any publication of donors’ contribution shall be only with the consent of the Donor.
6. The Foundation a counts are audited periodically, by both internal and external auditors.
7. The Foundation will abide by such rules that the payment gateway agency is subjected to by GOI.
8. By its very nature, donations are non-refundable, and the transaction is considered complete once the donation is made, especially when it is for a Divine cause.
9. Donations to Siva Gita Foundation are eligible for deduction under section 80G.of Income tax act.
